These terms apply to thelionsden.io, our events pages, our forms, and our text message program. They are offered by Kris Cook Executive Coaching, LLC, doing business as The Lion's Den ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
SMS terms
Program name: The Lion's Den Updates
What you get: If you opt in to marketing texts, we send messages about events, community updates, resources, and offers. If you opt in to account and event texts, we send messages about your membership, event registrations, reminders, invoices, and replies to your questions. You can choose either, both, or neither.
- How to opt in: check the text message box on a form on our website and submit it, or give your consent in writing to our team.
- Frequency: message frequency varies.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send one message to confirm, and then you will receive no more texts from that program unless you opt in again.
- Help: reply HELP to any message, email admin@thelionsden.io, or call (909) 406-8948.
- Not required: consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. We never share or sell your mobile number or text opt-in consent to third parties for marketing purposes.
Our community and events
Our online community is hosted on Skool. Membership plans, prices, and community rules are shown on Skool and in your purchase terms. Paid events have their own registration details, invoices, and terms, which apply in addition to these terms.
No guaranteed results
We provide education, coaching, and community for business owners. We share our own experience and methods. Results depend on many things we do not control, including your effort, market, and decisions. We do not guarantee any specific income, growth, or business result. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, or financial advice.
Content and intellectual property
Our website, playbooks, recordings, and materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own business. You may not copy, resell, or publish them without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse our website or forms, submit false information, or enter someone else's phone number without their permission.
Limitation of liability
Our website and services are provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
